When I walked into action I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. Marcus took the time to show me a few different options explaining the pros and cons to each type of vehicle. He stayed late to accommodate my schedule. Years of experience selling vans and trucks to tradesmen really showed. I ended up purchasing what I now realize was the best option for my business. Our company just purchased our second Ford cube van from Action Auto Sales.Having already purchased from Action Auto Sales, we did not need to drive the 1 1/2 hours to inspect the vehicle – knowing it would be as advertized – which it was.Marcus made the process very easy for us. Robert discussed the leasing option with us and we learned of the advantages for our business. We made the arrangements by phone and email with Marcus who took care of everything, then we picked up the vehicle a few days later. We purchased a Ford Transit Hi-Roof extended from Action. The service was fantastic (they delivered the truck to me in Toronto), the vechile though lightly" used was in impeccable condition on delivery and the leasing program was very competitive (they even built the cost of my refrigeration into my lease). I would definitely buy more vehicles from them."
